The site was previously occupied by the Roads and Traffic Authority, and is located within the Green Square Urban Renewal Area.

The proposal divides the large site into three. The northern portion provides a new 5,000sqm public park, with the middle and southern portions, bifurcated by a new road, comprising residential buildings defining the street edges that form central communal courtyards upon car park podiums.

The first phase incorporates the park and middle portion, delivering 154 single-level and two-level apartments supported by retail tenancies on the ground level.

The architectural language is one of super-scaled framed elements that float above the street level where more tactile materials such as tile and stone proliferate. The scale of the landscaping to be provided allows for it to become an active, constituent part of the architecture.
